support@remorser.comFrequently asked questions
What is Remorsearch UX QA?
An open-source Agent Skill for Claude Code and Codex. It examines a product, runs persona QA, researches real user experiences, applies reversible fixes and replays the tasks to verify them.
What do I need to install it?
Python 3.10 or later on macOS, Linux or WSL. For live tests on web pages, Node.js 22 and Playwright. Copy the skills/remorsearch-ux-qa folder into ~/.claude/skills/ (Claude Code) or ~/.codex/skills/ (Codex).
How do I update or remove it?
To update, pull the repository and copy the folder again. To remove it, delete the remorsearch-ux-qa folder from your skills directory.
Does Remorsearch send my product data to REMORSE?
No. The skill runs inside your own agent host. REMORSE does not operate a server that receives your product data. Your agent host and its model provider process your prompts under their own terms.
Does it read sites that block automated access?
No. The reader stops at logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, bot blocks, robots.txt rules, AI or TDM opt-outs and rate limits, and records each stop as a coverage gap.
Is it free?
Yes. Remorsearch is released under the MIT License. Third-party material is listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md in the repository.
When can I use Maccept?
Maccept is in development. Email hello@remorser.com to get release news.
Do you support Korean?
Yes. We answer support requests in English and Korean. Remorsearch also includes a Korean research pack.
