We question our answers
before we ship them.
REMORSE is an independent software studio founded in 2026 in South Korea. We build agent products on Claude that turn tacit operational judgment into explicit, testable workflows.
At a glance
The name is the habit: REMORSE means that we question our own answers before we ship them. Our products carry the same habit.

SeongJu Kim
SeongJu is an industrial engineer who works on forward-deployed engineering. He takes field judgment that lives in people’s heads and turns it into explicit rules that agents can follow and people can audit. He designs the workflows, writes the code and runs the evaluations.
Autonomous research loop
Built a loop that generates hypotheses, scores and validates candidates, and promotes only real improvements. It improved its own best solution by 15.6%, with no regression leaks across more than 250 recorded runs.
Excellence Award
2026 Industrial Safety and Health Innovation Idea Contest, for a browser-based simulator that lets small-business leaders practice safety-investment decisions.
Agent delegation research
Pre-registered, blind-evaluated experiments on how work procedures transfer across Claude models. 14 merged pull requests as a maintainer.
Top AI talent, AX Talent War 2026
Reserve finalist among about 5,300 entrants, with an audit workflow that checks knowledge documents before an AI support agent uses them.
Problem, cause, solution.
1. Define the problem
We turn the visible symptom into a problem that we can solve and measure.
2. Find the cause
We trace the structure that creates the problem and write it down as an explicit cause.
3. Remove the cause
We fix the cause, not the symptom, so that the same problem does not come back.
